Hi people today i will make an essay about my academic performance in this year. to do thatprincipally i will analize my marks, the number of subjects and any accidental thing that can be useful to evaluate me. Before that you have to know that my career ist's not easy, in fact it's the opposite. I don't want to sin because of pride but i really think that my career is one of the best that a person can study in the university.

This semester i have 7 subjects, four of them are obligatory, one is an elective and the another two are free subjects. The firsts are, procedural law, civil law, criminal law and constitucional law. My elective is institucional history of chili and the free subjects are yoga and english.
My study methods and the time that i spend is closely related with the importance of the subject. For me the first obligation are the obligatories subjects and inside of this clasification the most important for me is procedural law and next civil law, so it's in this subjects that spend the bigest part of my time. And i have seen results, in those subjects i have really good marks. But the another two obligatory subjects are important too so i work in those a lot too.
I really think that in my important subjects my performance has been very good. I can't say the same thing about my free subjects, in those i haven't done everything that i have to do so my mark aren't very well.

As a conclusion i can say that my preformance has been good because the importance of the obligatories subjects is very big, and they are two more than the free subjects so there is no point of comparation. Cause all that i said i would like to finish this short essay with a petition: theacher, please be good with me!

christmas!

Hi everybody! Christmas is coming soon so it's important to think about it. I think that the real sense of christmas is lost because the majority of people isn't very religious. I'm no very regilius so i don't think christmas in the relious way, that's is the original sense of christmas. But that doesn't mean that it don't have any sense or that it's only useful to get gifts. Christmas is time to be close with the family and to be good with the neighbor, and that is a very beautiful way to understand this holiday. I think some rites like the christmas tree could be senseless, but it can be very important if that means something important to the family, if it make to remember our childhood or some diferent memories it have sense. I give to chistmas all this significance so i like it. I understand people that doesn't like it, they just doesn't have beautiful memories about it for any reason, but that is so sad for me.
I think that comercialization of christmas it isn't good for the people (but good for economy)it would be better if people would give something unmaterial or well something material but that doesn't something that only means money, it have to be something that means love. Maybe a simple gesture of interest in the another one can be more valuated than an uncare gift.
I hope that people could be every time as they are in christmas, the world would be much better!

transantiago: before and after

hello people! today i'm going to talk about the transantiago system of public transport in santiago. personally I'think that transantiago is better than the previus system. but when transantiago started was the worse system. transantiago needs a lot of planification and money. when it started none of this requeriments existed. everyone knowed that transantiago would be regular in the beginings but nobody knows that would be a really disaster.

about italy

hello again! it's a very long time since the last time i had written something in the blog, but finally, here i'm. today i'm going to talk you abaut the country that i would like to visit in my next holidays. this country is italy. I think this is a very very beautiful country, and his history makes me dream. I'm inloved with the clasic roman empire and with their mithology. And for us that history is very important because we are their inheritors. Spain before of the conquest of the romans was a barbarian place, they have bringed us their institutions, or better said "our institutions". the roman empire is the essence of the latin culture, so our history remounts to those days. italy is great and create powerful felleings...even leaving in a side all that stuff of history. italy have a a natural beauty, the lakes, rivers and the green valleys are incredible. it is not necessary talk about the ruins and the architecture of the buildings. there are the most impresionant citys in the world. and if all this is not sufficient, the italian woman, the "ragatzas" are incredible. it's have to be this way: it's in the midle of the mediterranean!

my career

hello, today i'will talk about my interesting career: Law.
I'm studying this career because i feel atraction to the legal system and the mechanisms used to norm the society; if you ask me why, really i don't know, just i like it. a lawyer can work in many laboral camps, not only in the natural excercise of the profession. I think a lawyer is prepared to afront any difficulty, a lawyer only need his mind and maybe some books like the codes of the law of the country.
I have two favourite subjects, prossesal law and civil law. this two subjects are the most importants in the hole career, with this matters you can solve a lot of legal problems, but if you don't have an integral formation in the law science, if you dont't know well all the matters, you will not be a good lawyer.
Finally a lawyer can contribute a lot to the society, but only if you are loyal with the law and with the juridical system. If you are the opposite, you can make a great damage to the society and specially to the counterpart.

Hello again. Today i'am going to tell you a bit of the web page related to my career that I like. This page is of the library of the national congress of Chili. This page allows me to check the new projects of law, the actually inforce law and many another things related with the law of chili and with the public administration. I have discovered this website when i have been doing a work for the university and i met in the need of check some new legislation, then was when i found the page and i thougth "uf i'm saved".

I think that this page can be very useful for anyone who have to be updated in the legal cience and specially for the students of law and for the people specialized in research and investigation.

a picture that makes my fly away.

This is one photograph that I like. It has been taken by Steffan Claude, who is a french fotographer inloved with afrika. this is the national park loango and lope situated in the ecuatorial jungle in afrika. The photo was taken in the morning of the 6th of april in the year 2002. I love this photo because it makes my mind travel across unbeleavable places and I imagine diferents worlds, even diferents times. I think this place have some kind of magic, it's very mistic. I wish someday I will visit places like this one and free my mind. A place like this have no human law, just the law of the jungle so everything can be dangerous and unexpected. I like this, I like feel the danger, the fear makes me feel alive. I hope that some day might leave all my obligations here in Santiago and travel arround the diferent continents, across the virgin jungles and only conteplate the nature in a quiet and peacefull life.

my favorite piece of technology

Of course that my favorite piece of tech is my electroshock. the electroshock is a weapon used for personal defense (or atack if you want too) that throws an electric charge conected by metal wires to the device. The man who recives the charge is instaniusly inmovilized and can fell pain. Why it's my favorite piece of technology?? Because my electroshock saved my life once. Two years ago two criminals armed with knifes assaulted me, and one of them try to stab me. Thanks to god I have my electroshock gun and I shooted agaist him and he have felt down with muscle spams. Then, the another attacker started to run as fast as he can.

As I said, the electroshock is my favorite piece of technology, but of course I don't use it often. Against a live being I have used it just one time and I have it since 2004. Anothers pieces of technology are important day a day but I think that none of thats are really necessaries. For example, i have been three months without a cellphone and didn't miss it.

it's my life

Hello, im leon. I'm 19 years old, i'm studing law at the university of Chile. I have lived my entire life in Santiago, so i know very well my city and i like it. i spend my free time visiting the cultural places in the city and doing sports.
How i said, i love my city, but i think sometime i'll leave my country to visit anothers, and that way know realitys diferent than mine. in my opinion, it's very important have an experience of life, something like living alone in a diferent place, where the people, the places and the whole culture seems to be extranger. I think who can remake a life in those conditions have triumped, and if it's became necesary, he could make it again. That's the reason why i'm studyng english now, because this lenguage will help my to realize my life proyect, it will be easyer.
